There’s a brand new rooftop wine bar and bistro in downtown Eagle called Sirensong Wine Makers Loft … This beautiful rooftop showcases views of downtown Eagle, indoor café seating, fire pits, and darling umbrella tables on the extensive outdoor patio!

The chef here is FANTASTIC and my husband and I were so impressed with the shareable menu which includes:

✔️ Honey Glazed Brussel Sprouts
✔️ Wagyu Beef Carpaccio
✔️ Apricot Baked Brie
✔️ Prosciutto and Burrata Board

… just to name a few

They also have sweet treats which include: Affogato and Chocolate Cherry Cordials … both SO delicious

They serve wines from the Sirensong Wines collection and we loved all the ones we tasted … they even offer food pairings so you can see how the flavors complement each other.

This is such a great spot for a date night! I recommend making a reservation before you come so you are guaranteed a table 🍷
