Today (June 19th 2026) is their official day to open the doors to the public with their SOFT opening ā¦ I had the extreme honor to see their baked potatoes for the first time last night and this is exactly what Boise needs in its life ā¦ whatās more?? You can also order the Westside Drive-in famous ice cream potato here! Seriously!?
And down the road there will be more to come when they hard launch ā¦ fries, beer ā¦ and more vibes š„
The restaurant is on one of the most amazing blocks downtown ā¦ Slow by Slow Coffee Bar is right across the street ā¦ youāve got Bodo Cinema right across the corner ā¦ such a great addition to this area!
