Today (June 19th 2026) is their official day to open the doors to the public with their SOFT opening … I had the extreme honor to see their baked potatoes for the first time last night and this is exactly what Boise needs in its life … what’s more?? You can also order the Westside Drive-in famous ice cream potato here! Seriously!?

And down the road there will be more to come when they hard launch … fries, beer … and more vibes 🔥

The restaurant is on one of the most amazing blocks downtown … Slow by Slow Coffee Bar is right across the street … you’ve got Bodo Cinema right across the corner … such a great addition to this area!

When you come, you will see all the charm and love that went into this place … the owners said their vision has been in the making for 2 years …
