Who doesn’t love a churro??? They are the perfect dessert and there are some Boise restaurants who have gotten very creative with the churro … taking it to new levels of deliciousness and I’m here to celebrate that … here are 5 Boise restaurants who know how to make a delicious churro dessert:
COA DE JIMA
Red velvet churros that come in a vase with dipping chocolate … need I say more?? Coa de Jima killed it on this dessert … the display, the flavors, the vibes are all top notch.
SPITFIRE TACOS AND TEQUILA
The Churro Lava Cake at Spitfire Tacos and Tequila is SO delicious … plus it’s seed oil free which I really love about it … a beautiful display and topped with ice-cream, this dessert will hit the spot after devouring tacos and margaritas in one of their 3 locations!
BARBACOA GRILL
At Barbacoa Grill the churros are called Coffee and Doughnuts … it is quite the display … they bring 2 kinds of churros in these very tall iron baskets and then have coffee ice cubes that they pour cream in for dipping …. it’s an experience you shouldn’t miss.
CHURRO BROS
Churro Bros takes two things we all love and combines them: ice cream and churros … there are tons of flavors, sundaes, toppings, and syrups to choose from … it’s delicious!
THE BOISE POST
Since we live in Idaho, why not a churro made with potatoes? Well, The Boise Post said YES to that order and served it up in delicious fashion with sea salt, dulce de leche, cinnamon, vanilla sugar … plus the views while you eat this at their rooftop restaurant are AMAZING.
