There is a total vibe happening in Garden City … Wellhouse Sauna and Cold Plunge and it’s unlike any other wellness spot in Treasure Valley … It’s outside and ‘oh so cute’ … I’ve been to a lot of local sauna and cold plunge places and they just feel a little sterile to me … Wellhouse makes you feel WELL as soon as you enter their property … plus, it’s on one of the BEST blocks in Garden City … walking distance to the greenbelt and great restaurants!

My entire family does the cold plunge together … I don’t go in as often as them, but I do enjoy the way I feel after a session … they have 4 cold plunge tubs and they tend to set them all at different levels of ‘coldness’ … one is more like lake water and then they get colder from there … they also have 2 incredible saunas … both at different heat levels.
